This week, we will get anchored in our body again, listen to our hearts and minds, and hold ourselves from our soul - together.
I hope the music will carry you, and that the connection with your deeper self will come naturally; and if it doesn't come easily, that you will know it's OK to gently reconnect, one step at a time.

Monday thru Friday next week, from 9am to 10-ish (10:15 max.), Dutch time.

You can attend one, two or all days. I do enjoy preparing the class thinking what could be useful to you, so (only) IF you know ahead of time, feel free to drop me a line, to let me know if you are planning to attend (if you don't know in advance, no worries hey, I will be happy just to see you when you're there :)

What to have ready:

A dancing and a writing space, your favorite drink, and low expectations! You don't have to perform, nor to follow me/my rythm, nor match the music if you don't feel like it. The skill is in self-regulating (slowing down, getting denser, closer to the ground and into your feet and the earth) when you feel you've lost the thread of pleasure. Then try to gradually allow things to unfold, naturally. The goal is to keep connected to your best knowledge of what's a good way of treating yourself. If that means you need to take a break, go to the toilet, or stretch, meditate or dance while everyone is writing, that's great! I am happy if you feel free to do what's best for you, now.
